Our personnel at the front desk do their
best to keep up with the 18 incoming phone lines. It is a great
help to them when callers explain in a concise form what their
call is pertaining to. Most questions and requests can be handled
with one brief conversation with one of the personnel answering
the phone and if not they can forward your call on to the proper
person or take a message for the proper department. If the line
you are calling is busy, or if that person is away from their desk,
their voice mail will be activated. At this time, you can leave
a message or dial “0” to be returned to the front desk.
If you remain on the line, you will automatically be returned to
the front desk.

pre-paid phone cards.
Insignia POP Sign Program • All
products featured on the weekly signs are determined by the manufacturer
and reviewed by Affiliated Food Midwest Cooperative buyers. This
program offers credit to your weekly statement.
Adergy Adergy is our advertising
partner that brings all your audio merchandising needs to the store
level. Use the service to communicate weekly store sale items, loyalty
programs, special store services, and community events. Use the
audio communications to lift sales and increase customer retention.
A weekly audio ad plan is sent to the stores via the Access Computer
System that follows Affiliated Foods Midwest’s advertising
plans.
The music and media player are supplied to the stores from truSonic.
The media player uses an existing internet connection to download
new music and advertising content nightly. The download is set to
occur after business hours to prevent interference with store operations.
There are several music styles to choose from that can be changed
upon request.
State of the art web site controls on premise Media Servers that
can hold over 1,000 songs and hundreds of ads at each store. All
audio content is updated via the internet.Totally hands free!
Love Signs Affiliated Foods Midwest
Cooperative has teamed up with Love Signs to offer discounts on
indoor/outdoor signage as well as floor graphics, and decor packages.

been the leader in this technology and has been able to tie scales
in various locations in the store to a back office PC to provide
consistent management of meat prices throughout the store. Affiliated
Foods Midwest and Hobart have established the partnership in this
