Insurance Services

Offering comprehensive property and liability coverage in combination with several additional benefits makes our commercial policies the best buy for your business dollar. We are associated with several large brokerage firms and can find a comprehensive benefit package for you and your employees with competitive rates. A variety of key optional coverages allow you to tailor the package to your specific business.

Central Billing

Central Billing is an easy way for you to have your DSD and other vendor invoices billed onto your AFM weekly statement, receiving credit on your rebate, contributing to AFM aggregated volume and cutting down on your accounts payables. 2% of the purchases are credited to patronage rebate bucket.

Credit, Reclamation, and Recycling

Our Credit Department takes care of the stores with all credit and pickup needs, and also communicates and works with all warehouses to resolve possible shipping issues. Our Reclamation Center processes all outdated and unsalable products. You can return product for 50% of average retail credit. The AFM Recycling Center gives credit for all plastic and cardboard returned based on the average bale rate.

AID Services

If you are in need of financing for equipment or store upgrades, look no further. Financing is available at low interest rates. Featuring easy application and payment processing, plus all payments are central billed. Loans at reasonable interest rates and weekly payments are central billed to your statement. Simple application and approval process.

TopSource

TopSource, a division of Topco, aggregates volume for better buying power on not-for-resale spend initiatives. AFM and TopSource offer you potential savings in several categories of spend including logistics, distribution, maintenance products, hired services, IT/telecom and equipment.

Point of Sale

We offer a variety of options from the front-end register to the back-office. Take advantage of systems such as NCR ACS, Scanmaster Software, Casio SMS and NCR SMS, ICL and EZ Scan.
