Affiliated Foods Midwest Cooperative is owned by our member-retailers. We are led by a volunteer Board of Directors, consisting entirely of member-retailers -- Marc King, Chairman; John Clarke, Vice-Chairman; Carmen Diehl, Tim Henderson, Larry Hilty, Bill Sanger and Jim Zyrowski. Our President/CEO, Martin W. Arter, has over 30 years of experience in the industry.
