Our History

Our story began in 1931 when a group of independent grocers near Plainview, Nebraska, joined together to form a wholesale buying group. Our founders built our business model in the cooperative spirit. We continue the same business practices today – focusing on the independent grocer. We do not own or operate any stores, so our entire focus in helping our member-owners succeed.
